Q: Which areas do you cover?
We currently cover the following areas: Camberwell, Brixton, Stockwell, Clapham, Kennington, Vauxhall, Oval, Peckham.

Q: What days does Leads offer walks and what times?
We offer our services 7 days a week, rain or shine.
We offer 3 daytime walks. Mid morning, lunch, and afternoons.
Q: How many Dogs does Lead walk at once?
At Leads even though we can walk up to 6 dogs at any one time, we prefer to walk either one or maximum of 4 dogs at a time to ensure your dogs get the attention they need and to stay safe at all times.
Q: What happens if we have more than one dog to walk?
We welcome multiple dogs from the same household, we will discuss if you prefer them to join a group walk or just walks for them.
Q: Are you experienced with Large breed dog
Yes, we are trained and owners ourselves of larger breed dogs. Shall you wish your larger breed dog be walked by itself please discuss this with us as we are only to happy to help.
Q: Can I request a particular time for my dog to be walked?
Yes you can request a particular time for your dog to be walked, however we will discuss this during our Meet & Greet.
Q: DO YOU PICK UP AND DROP OFF MY DOG?
Yes. At Leads we are flexible and our service includes picking up and dropping off where required.
Q: Can I Give You A Set Of Keys? & Will They Be Safe?
Clients provide us keys to access their property when collecting dogs in their absence. We take the possession of that key very seriously. All our staff are CRB checked and all the keys in our possession are coded to ensure your address is never shown or can be located shall keys ever be misplaced or lost.
Q: What is Leads cancellation policy?
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours in order to re-organise the walks and groups. In case of failure to notify us within 24 hours of the scheduled walk, we will have to charge for the full amount of the walk. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further information, we will be very happy to help you answer your doubts.
Q: Are you insured.
Yes, Leads Dog Walkers are insured by Pet Business Insurance, Protecting your animals while they are under our care is the most important thing to us all at Leads.
We are insured for up to 6 dogs per walk, injuring and much more.

Q:WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY?
We will put together an emergency plan at our first meeting, specifically for your dog’s needs.
However in the case where your dog has been injured, our standard approach would be to contact you immediately to Inform you, and then act upon your wishes. Shall we not be able to contact you and your dog requires professional help, we will take your dog to an emergency vet, and act under the advice of a qualified veterinary.
All vets bills are the responsibility of the dog owner/s.
Shall injury be caused by another dog, Leads will ensure all contact details be obtained and exchanged with the other party.
Q: How Do I Get Started
Once you have contacted us and expressed an interest in a service, we offer face to face "Meet & Greet”.
At this session we will not only meet you but your dog/s. We shall discuss your dog’s specific behaviours, medical, walking history and much more, as well as all the finer details of what Leads Dog Walkers offer.
After this session has been completed, and you still would like to proceed with the service, we will email over a personalised contract for both you and Leads to sign, then you are free to make bookings.
